These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rwaily (“Service”), operated by Chris Murray (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Indian Trail, North Carolina. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
rwaily provides website creation and hosting tools for inflatable and party rental businesses. We generate a website on your behalf using information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 18 years old to use rwaily.
rwaily is a subscription service billed monthly. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in USD. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If your payment fails, your site will be taken offline until payment is resolved.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to rwaily (business name, photos, descriptions, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use that content to build and host your website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide.
You may not use rwaily to create websites that promote illegal activity, contain fraudulent information, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice or refund.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Union County, North Carolina.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.
